To get the buy 2 get 1 free deals make sure to add 3 items into your cart.

If you miss the 3rd item, you may be contacted through email, however, it is not our responsibility to ensure this.

Shipping:

We send orders via US Postal Service and UPS in the USA. Typical delivery time frames are 2-5 business days. If there is an issue with your package in transit please contact the mail carrier on your order for inquiries. For fastest experience, create separate orders for in-stock and made to order items. Otherwise we will ship out the in-stock items when the made to order items are ready.

Shipping Locations:

We ship our products out of California, USA. As a result, shipping times will vary depending on customer delivery location.

Shipping is available internationally. All shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout. However, in the situation where we are charged extra shipping costs compared to the shipping paid by the customer, we reserve the right to contact the customer requesting that they cover the remaining shipping costs.

All international customers may experience delays in shipping due to shipping internationally and agree to wait for delivery

In Stock Items:

If products are in-stock, we process and begin the delivery process within 24 hours of purchase. This excludes the weekend, unless the order was put in before 2PM PST on Saturday.

Made to order items:

Manufacturing time for made to order products range from 1-2 weeks not including shipping and delivery times. In the event of a delay with the manufacturer, we will notify the customer via email.

Returns:

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. After an order is completed and verified, you will not be able to edit or cancel the products.

Please double-check your order contents, name, and address to ensure that your order is delivered to the correct address.

Exchange, Damages, or Misdelivered Orders:

If the product comes damaged as a result of the shipment being mishandled please do not hesitate to notify and contact us at oniigainz@gmail.com or our Contact Us form

We do require images of the damage and may request that you return the item to us, so please DO NOT destroy/discard the item(s).

We are not responsible if your shipment is misdelivered by the postal service or gets stolen. However, please do not hesitate to notify and contact us at oniigainz@gmail.com or our Contact Us form so we can open a complaint/initiate the process on our end.

**We do not personally ship/deliver our orders**

Wrong/Incomplete Address:

Some orders will occasionally return to us; if this occurs, you must reimburse the shipping costs. Please ensure the shipping address on your order is correct!

Please keep in mind since we are a small business, we may be unable to replace orders with inaccurate or partial addresses.

Business days:

A reply may take anywhere from 1 to 5 business days. Typically we respond in the same day.
